Advance Payment

You transfer the amount to the PROTECT Europe account. The bank details can be found in our order confirmation. After we have received your payment, your order will be shipped according to the delivery time information on the product detail page.

Cash Payment

You can collect your order from us in 41238 Mönchengladbach and pay conveniently in cash. The pick-up takes place after prior appointment by e-mail: service@protectpickup.de

Klarna

The “Klarna” payment method is similar to purchase on account. You can order goods or services and pay the invoice later. However, the invoice is not issued by the retailer, but by Klarna.

PayPal / PayPal installment payment / PayPal Express

With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely at protectpickup.de. Select "PayPal" as the payment method in our ordering process. Then log into your personal PayPal account with your email address and your PayPal password and confirm the payment amount.

From an order value of 99 EUR to 5,000 EUR, you can also pay later in 3, 6, 12 or 24-month instalments, subject to mandatory credit checks. Select "PayPal" as your payment method and after logging into your PayPal account, use the option to pay in instalments.

Purchase on invoice

You can contact us as Business customer Germany-wide with an order value from 1000 € to 5,000 € pay by invoice (each including VAT and shipping costs).

Prerequisite for payment by invoice is a successful credit and address check during the ordering process. This is executed automatically in the background, depending on the payment method you choose. In Germany, deviations from billing and delivery addresses are generally possible. However, this payment method is not available for delivery to a parcel shop.

We kindly ask you to settle the invoice within the payment period of 14 days.
